Billing Details
- Payment Timing: Payment is due immediately upon receipt. Pricing is subject to change based on service changes and needs. Accepted Methods: We accept payments through Apple Pay, Cash, Zelle, or Cash App. Please ensure funds are available at the time of service completion to maintain your account standing. We appreciate your promptness and business with Preen Clean Services.
Service Limitations
- To ensure safety and quality, please note our exclusions. We do not service homes with pest infestations or handle hazardous materials. Cleaning after pets incurs additional fees, and for these tasks, we require the use of the client's own equipment rather than our machinery. For safety reasons, our staff does not move heavy furniture or use ladders, utilizing only step stools for high-reach areas.
